Tony Bulmer, Covent Garden, London

Covent Garden , London is one of my favorite places. Hopefully it will become one of yours too. Here are a few top tips to get you started.
Neals Yard Neal’s yard is a secret courtyard at the end of Neal Street. You are going to have to search it out but that is all part of the fun. There is an allyway from Shorts Gardens but there are others too. There are lots of cool little restaurants and food shops in the yard many of which cater for those who favor wholefood/vegetarian options

Neals Yard Dairy Cheese? If you like it and who doesn’t You must head down to Shorts Gardens, which is just off Neal Street. You won’t have too look too hard to find Neals Yard Dairy because the rich smell of cheese will lead you to it. They sell anumber of types of cheese here but British cheese particularly Stilton is what it’s all about. My favorites are Colston Basset and the legendary Cropwell Bishop. Both of these cheeses melt in the mouth and are delicious beyond words. You can’t bring it back to the USA though so watch out !
