I have posted before about the museum of art in Seattle,Washington and their awesome collection of tribal and native American art. Hanging with Thing from Fantastic Four
The amazing world of Marvel comics really fired my imagination. Starting in the early seventies I was obsessed with everything Marvel did: The Amazing Spiderman, Thor, Hulk, and of course, the Fantastic Four. Looking at those black and white panels by artists like Steve Ditko, John Romita and Jack Kirby was an escape into another world. Not only were the stories by Stan Lee so fantastic, I remember endlessly drawing—forever trying to emulate the work of the great Marvel artis


Elvira’s Macabre Mobile
Hey there crime fans! I know that if you are anything like me you will be looking forward to Halloween. I was down Hollywood Boulevard recently and figured I would share these pictures I took of Elvira’s awesome 1959 Ford Thunderbird. Fittingly she calls it the Macabre Mobile.
