Tony Bulmer In Las Vegas


Las Vegas has featured in a number of my books, and for good reason. It is a place were the unusual is part of every day life. If you find a fulcrum point to sit and watch, for the shortest time, even the casual visitor will witness characters and stories drifting past like wildebeest on the Savannah lands of Africa. In the picture I am seated at the Bellagio’s Lago restaurant—this is the hotel where the crazy fountains erupt every few minutes. On this day I met beggars, businessmen, a number of femme fatales, and yes, Mike Tyson. He was doing a signing at Caesar’s Palace next door…
